We bought an older home with an existing well that was infected and had high iron content. Dan and his team did not only set us up with a great reverse osmosis system for our drinking water and got our water generally safe--he has been very responsive and helpful with any number of questions we've had since. We had a whole house water system installed in October'25. The installers were very professional and the quality was top notch. Having a well with hard water, this system was a must, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Jake came out for our annual maintenance visit today. The list of tasks undertaken was impressive - above my expectations. He explained what each task accomplished, how often they are necessary for the health of the system ,what to expect for future visits, and what to watch for to maintain the system as efficiently (and least cost) as possible

I was absolutely pleased with the quality of work performed on my existing water treatment system which was installed a few years ago by Progressive Water Solutions. As always, the technition showed up on time, kept the work area clean and when he was done I couldn't tell that he had been. If I had not been here to witness the service being performed, I would have wondered. The space where the system is located looked better than when Kevin arrived. Kevin had a great demeanor, was very pleasant and seem to really enjoy what doing the work. It is refreshing to find an honest company with a strong work ethic that cares about its customers.

Bill arrived on time. He was friendly and not afraid of dogs greeting him. He tested water and acknowa problem. He went under the house. He made adjustments and described what he did, what would hel and answered all questions without hesitation. I highly recommend progressive water solutions.

Bill came to service my system, which I'd let go for far too long! He arrived early and was kind enough to wait while I arrived. After doing all the work to test my water, we found that the power source had "tripped" and that he wouldn't be able to do the reset as planned. Once again, Bill took the time to work with me to try to identify the problem. We finally found the appliance that was tripping the outlet, and he was able to complete the system maintenance as planned. Gracias, Bill!!

We had our Rain Soft system serviced today by Progressive. This is the first time we have used them. Our technician, Bill Weber, was very knowledgeable, was on time and did a great job! I would highly recommend!

After having my water thoroughly tested it was clear I needed a comprehensive water purification system installed to improve not only its chemical composition, but its palatability. As a result, I researched water purification companies in my area and one clearly stood out above all the rest - Progressive Water Solutions, LLC. I talked with Dan Selleck (owner) and he immediately impressed me with his knowledge specific to water purification and the needed components to markedly improve water quality.

The system he designed is incredible and his installation crew did a flawless job plumbing in the system to include adding in bypass valves for each piece of equipment as a fail safe to route water around components in the event that any of them experience mechanical failure. The RO unit is a bonus to include the connection to my refrigerator. I have officially become a water snob.

Finally, Dan is very passionate about his job and was very kind to/empathetic towards me throughout the initial project discussions and the ultimate system installation. Very honest and reliable company. They did a very good job. Start to finish. I got about 4 estimates. They were not the cheapest but the best value for money. Did exactly what they said. On time. From the start having Rob come explain to us what they can offer and mesh with our needs, to follow up and communication with Dan detailing every single thing with full transparency to Jake the technician installing a whole RO and softener system by himself with extreme professionalism and courtesy everything about progressive water solutions was top notch. We recently had to replace our entire whole house water filtration system. Although the system was only 7 years old, the problem was that replacement parts were very difficult to obtain. That often led to weeks of not having filtered water. We have a ton of iron in our well water and that makes for a lot of problems beyond drinking and washing.
After interviewing several Water Treatment Companies, we decided to purchase a new system from Progressive Water Solutions. Dan Sellack, co-owner spent 2 + hours at our home, sampling our water, going over our old system and explaining every possible thing about the problems, the causes and what needed to be done to solve them. He did not use any sales tactics designed to make us make hasty or uninformed decisions. He answered every question we could think of. When he wasn't sure about something, he said so and got back to us when he had information. When we decided to purchase our new system from him and have his employees install it, he gave us a date of install and kept us informed all the way.
Two Installers arrived on the day and hour promised. Their names are Jake and Kevin. I am not exaggerating to say that in all my 60 + years of home ownership, I have not been more pleased with the outstanding qualities of these two guys! AAA+ in all categories.
Our new Water Filtration System is Superb. And we feel confident that Dan and his family owned Progressive Water Solutions team will keep it going beautifully as long as we live in this home.

I just spoke with Dan, one of the owners, about my experience with their recent service call. After some conversation and explaining, I would like to revise my review to four stars.

Great family owned company with professional and caring employees that look out for the best interest of the customer.

I highly recommend Dan and his team for entire home water filtration system. After water test, Dan sent email with all details that addressed water issues and ways to resolve it. The conversation of email run back and forth for about 20 times until I did not have any more questions to ask Dan. Very patient. Pricing is very transparent and itemized also including maintenance cost for the future so I know how much I am expecting for every maintenance service. Kevin and Adam did my system installation. They made the system compact and took least amount of space as well as very organized pipe set up. During the installation, Kevin answered all my questions and what to do for the first time use. I am very satisfied with the system and experience working with Dan and his team. Definitely 5 star!

Dan and his team were fantastic.
The process started out with Arthur completing an assessment of our water situation and Dan providing a thorough and comprehensive quote to get us the cleanest water possible. I appreciated having all the facts and costs laid out plainly so I could make my decision between Progressive and another leading brand of water filtration.
Kevin showed up on time and did a professional and excellent job on the installation and homeowner training. There was even an issue that Dan noticed when returning to dig the line out to the natural area. Kevin came back out and took care of the issue and installed the RO faucet as promised.
The hardness of our water was off the charts before we installed the system. Immediately after installation we noticed how soft the water felt, no more residue in our dishwasher, clothes felt softer and the water taste from the RO faucet and ice cubes was exceptional.

About 2.5 to 3 years ago I placed a call to Progressive Water Solutions and spoke with Dan Selleck (owner) regarding servicing our long overdo water filter system in our recently purchased, 23 year old home. When Dan explained the process and gave me an estimate I decided to have him do the work. The job was done flawlessly without issues, we now have clean drinking water! On a scheduled call back, Progressive Water Solutions has returned several times to maintain and to make sure our drinking water is clean and operating the way it should. We recently had an extreme water pressure problem in the house and thought it was the water filtration system. We called for what we thought needed service, but Dan, owner, walked us through the system to see where the problem was coming from. It wasn't the filtration system, but our plumbing pipes/valves to the whole house. Most probably just a minor blockage that cleared itself in the process of trouble shooting. We were thrilled that everything was back to where it should be and especially right before the weekend. Thank you Dan for your generous time, expertise and patience. From the staff to the owner, we could not be more satisfied customers. We get our water filtration service done with Progressive Water Solutions every year. We purchased our RainSoft systems from another company in 2021. We did all the annual service that was recommended, but the techs that company sent did not seem to know what they were doing. We hired Progressive this year (2024) to correct several problems caused by that company, including poor installation, training and deceptive billing. Dan was very responsive and knowledgeable and was tremendously helpful in contacting the manufacturer on our behalf for warranty parts while the other company we had did the opposite. I would highly recommend Progressive Water Solutions based on our experience. Our equipment is up and running and we feel that we have a reliable service to call if we need help in the future.

I would highly recommend working with Progressive Water Solutions. We had a problem with our water softener and had others tells us they would only replace the entire system. Rob from Progressive came out and said they he thought it might be a fixable problem with the water softener. Arranged an appointment with technician. Bill came out, looked at the unit, turned a screw and told me that he thought he knew what the problem was. Less than an hour later the softener was fixed and back in working order. Just nice people to work with and who have experience and know what they are doing.
